Dagwood

Deli slice Roast Beef
Deli slice Swiss
Deli slice Provolone
Mayonaise
Butter
Aziago Bread

Cut aziago bread in half. Coat outside of bread with butter and place it on a med-high griddle. Slightly brown both sides.

Place on a plate & add mayo, layer of roast beef, light layer of swiss, light layer of provolone, layer of roast beef.

Place it back on the griddle as a sandwich and toast each side to desired grill.

After the last step add desired toppings.


Warning: Man's Sandwich. Large & artery clogging (if you get what I'm saying).
