Frozen Hot Chocolate


6 oz. Favorite Chocolate
5 Tsp. Hot Chocolate Powder
1-1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
1-1/4 C. Whipping Cream
1-1/2 trays Ice Cubes
Whipped Cream
Chocolate Shavings

Chop chocolate into small pieces and place in microwave. Stir every 30 seconds or less until melted and smooth. Add chocolate mix and sugar, stirring constantly until thoroughly blended. Slowly add 1/2 cup of whipping cream, stirring until smooth.

Cool to room temperature. Waiting about 3-5 minutes.

In a blender, pour remaining whipping cream, chocolate mixture and ice. Blend on high until smooth and the consistency of a frozen margarhita.

Pour into goblets and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.


*Can also substitute whipping cream with milk.
