Chocolate Almond Bark


2 (9.5 oz) bags Dove Dark Chocolate Bars
1-1/2 C. Chopped Almonds
Waxed Paper

Unwrap chocolate bars and chop in half. Chop Almonds.

Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until nearly all melted. Stir until completely smooth.

Mix in chopped almonds and stir well.

Layer over waxed paper in a 9x13 pan. Spread to a med-thin coat. Place in refrigerator.

After 20 minutes or until completely hardened take from freezer and break up bark with a mallet or end of a butter knife. Break to desired size pieces.

Place in a ziploc bag or airtight container.


*You can substitute the almonds for cashews or other desired nuts. I have heard of others even using dried fruit. Go Nuts!!!
