Sweet N' Sour Chicken

1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. White Vinegar
1/2 C. Pineapple Juice
3 Tbsp. Ketchup
1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. Seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Egg
Cornstarch

Cut breasts in half if desired. Sprinkle powdered garlic on chicken. Let set for an hour. Coat chicken with egg and dip in cornstarch. Fry in oil till brown. Place chicken in pan. Bring sauce to a boil and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

*This is the famous family recipe that is loved by all. Not necessarily a chinese dish at all but I suppose can be used that way. I would definately recommend the potato casserole with this.

-Double or Triple the batch for big family get togethers.
-Use your dutch oven, it is so much fun.
