Hawaiian Haystacks or Chinese Sundaes

2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. cooked and diced or shredded chicken

Combine soup and chicken broth in medium saucepan to make gravy, stir to blend. Add cooked chicken, simmer 8 to 10 minutes. 4 c. cooked long-grain rice
1 bag show mein noodles.
On serving plates layer first rice, noodles, and chicken gravy, top additional ingredients to your tastes

Additional ingredients:
3 med. chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (20 oz.) can cheddar cheese
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1.2 c. coconut
