Chicken Parmesan

Another quick and easy Italian dish for the family.

1 sm. box Spaghetti Noodles
1-2 jars Favorite Spaghetti Sauce
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
Italian Bread Crumbs
1-2 C. Mozzerella Cheese
1-2 Egg(s)
Parmesan (if desired)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare spaghetti noodles for meal. If you need directions on how to do this - use directions on the box of noodles.

Wash chicken, cutting fat off, to prep for dish. I like to cut up the chicken halves as well, giving more to serve - especially when little children are at the table.

Dip each chicken piece in egg - then dipping in Italian bread crumbs - completely coated. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place pan in heated oven for 20 minutes.

When 20 minutes is complete take out of oven and pour spaghetti sauce over the chicken. I would recommend using more than one jar if you are serving more than 3 people. Remember - you are using this sauce to coat spaghetti noodles as well. Layer chicken pieces with mozzerella cheese. Use the desired amount that you would like. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes.

Serve with prepared spaghetti noodles. To complete your meal I would recommend lime green cottage cheese jello and a garlic french toast. Delizioso and so easy to make.
