1 C. low-fat Plain Yogurt
3 C. frozen Strawberries
2 Bananas, chopped
3/4 C. fat-free milk
1/4 C. Crushed Ice
1/4 C. Honey
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Serve chilled.
*Freeze left over fruit to use in future shakes and smoothies.
Calories figured in about a 10 oz. glass is 170.
