Camping Hashbrowns

6 med. Hashbrowns
1/2-1 tsp. Garlic
1 stick Butter, divided
1-1/2 tsp. Lawry's Seasoning Salt
Dash Black Pepper

Peel & shred potatoes. Drain the starch!

Melt half of butter on a large skillet. Place shredded potatoes on it. Allow potatoes to sit for a minute or so then turn with a spatula.

Season with garlic salt, lawry's and pepper. Slice remaining butter (as desired) and place all over potatoes.

Continue to flip until slightly golden brown.

*Use seasonings to taste especially as size of Idaho potatoes vary.

Incredible recipe for breakfast hashbrowns and just makes you long for a cool camping morning. Yum!
