2 ind. pkgs. Graham Crackers, smashed
2 (3oz.) pkgs. Instant French Vanilla Pudding
3 C. Cold Milk
1 (80z.) Whipped Topping

2/3 C. Cocoa
2 C. Sugar
Mix in Saucepan
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 stick Butter
1/2 C. Milk
Boil in saucepan for 1 minute - set aside to cool.

Line 9 x 13 pan with layer of smashed graham crackers (6 pieces)

Combine Pudding mix and milk, stirring well.

Stir whipped topping to pudding mix.

Spread half of mix over graham cracker layer.

Top with layer of graham.

Top with layer of pudding mix.

Top with layer of graham.

When frosting has cooled, layer on top of graham for finishing.

*The chocolate frosting recipe is optional as you can also use a boughten frosting. I have done both and the frosting recipe is by far the better choice - unless you are a store bought frosting nut.

Option: Place in freezer about 45 minutes to 1 hour before serving for a slightly frozen and more together eclair.

Go crazy with this dessert - especially for the holidays - your family will love it.

  1. This is super great with cheesecake pudding and for topping just melt a milk chocolate frosting in microwave for a few minutes(pourable consistency) pour over and spread really easy and so Yummy!!
