Grandma's Meatloaf

2 lrg. Eggs
3/4 C. Milk
2/3 C. Saltines
1/2 C. Chopped Onion
1 tsp. Salt
Dash Pepper
1-1/2 lb. Ground Beef
1 C. Ketchup
1/2 C. Packed Brown Sugar
3 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, saltines (I often use ritz), onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add beef, ketchup, brown sugar, and worcestershire sauce, mixing well. Shape into an ungreased 9 x 9 pan. I don't use a bread loaf pan as this is a large recipe.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, take out and make 4 slits or stir around. Place back in oven for about 40 minutes or until top is slightly darkened.

This meatloaf is a family favorite. You can't go wrong.

Freeze: Double recipe and freeze half. Up to 3 Months.
