Heaven's Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 sticks Butter, soft
3/4 C. Granualted Sugar
3/4 C. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 lrg. Eggs
2-1/4 C. All-purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 pkg. Chocolate Chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Stir butter, sugar, brown sugar & vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs; mix well. Stir together flour baking soda & salt; gradually add to butter mixture, stirring until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased dark metal cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Yields: 4 dozen

*This recipe is very simple and turns out great everytime. I say this because I often mess up on cookies - but with this you can't go wrong. I also use Ghiradelli chocolate chips as I have gotten 10 times more compliments on the cookies when I have used it.
