Baked Potato Bar

To really make some sizzlin' good baked potatoes, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Poke each large potato with a fork. Rub with olive oil and salt slightly. Cook for 1 hour. You can also wrap in tin foil and avoid the olive oil and salt entirely. Both are sure to serve your family with yumminess.

The Possibilitites:
+Butter melted with a dollop or two of sour cream, sprinkling with chives or bacon bits.
+Prepared cheese and broccoli or another preferred veggie.
+Pizza Potatoes: use your favorite pizza toppings, including the cheese.
+Philly Style: steak and cheese - perhaps even using sauteed onions and mushrooms.
+Favorite chili and cheese topping.
+A plain and simple fettuccini alfredo covering your baked potato; laced with fresh parmesan and a side of steamed broccoli. Add more with some prepared alfredo chicken and warm garlic bread.

*There are so many possiblities with baked potatoes. Go crazy on the ideas - you will find this is so much easier on your budget than most meals; especially for larger families.
