Scotcheroo's


1-1/2 Creamy Peanut Butter
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Corn Syrup
6 C. Rice Krispies
1-2/3 Butterscotch Morsels
1 C. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Coat 13x9 pan with cooking spray.

Combine peanut butter, sugar and corn syrup in a medium sauce pan. Heat until well melted. Remove from heat and pour over rice krispies. Press into pan.

Melt butterscotch and chocolate chips in microwave for 1-1/2 minutes or until completely melted, stirring often. Spread over top. Serve and enjoy!
