Food Blocks

I find it hard to limit the amount of snacks I eat throughout the day. The list of food blocks are 100-calories and are great for those in-between meals.
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 an apple with a low fat mozzarella cheese stick
1 hard-boiled egg with baby carrots
1 banana
12 raw almonds
1 cup of skim, almond, rice, or soy milk
2 oz of sliced Turkey on 1 slice of light style whole wheat bread
1/2 of a whole-grain English muffin topped with 1 slice of tomato and a thin slice of reduced-fat cheese
1/2 cup nonfat pudding

  1. Thank you! I need all the healthy ideas I can get. I really would love to get more ideas on being healthy. Can you help? Any healthy dinners? I just hate to load in the calories at dinner time.
