Frogeye Salad

Looking for a Salad for Easter dinner, look no further!

1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1 ¾ c. pineapple juice
3 egg yolks, beaten
½ tsp. salt

Combine and cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until thick. Cool completely. Boil 1 ¾ cups Acini macaroni in salt water for 5 to 8 minutes. Blanch and cool. Place in large bowl. Add cooked mixture. Seal and let set in refrigerator overnight.

Next morning stir in:
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 med. Cool Whip

This is a very big salad!
