G ma's and G pa's Sunday Lasagne

1 bx. lasagna noodles (12 strips)
Cook as directed on the box. When boiling noodles remember to pour in about a Tbsp. of oil so the noodles won't stick together. Noodles are done when white. Place in cool water to separate.

Sauce:
1 lb. Hamburger - Brown & Drain
1 Jar Spaghetti
1 Cello Sliced Mushrooms
1 Can Diced Olives

Mix sauce and simmer 1 hour. Just a thought: Prepare sauce the night before serving for added flavor.

1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1 lb. Pepper Jack Cheese, Shredded
1 (24oz) Cottage Cheese
(Add more mozzarella cheese and less pepper jack cheese if you don't like the hotter spice to it.)

Put Together:
Coat 9x13 pan with Pam
Layer 4 noodles on bottom
Sauce
Cottage Cheese
Mozzarella
Pepper Jack

Repeat 3 X's with cheese as the top layer.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Make sure to place tinfoil over top as it cooks.


-Lime Green Cottage Cheese Jello goes incredible with this Lasagna and don't forget the garlic toast. You certainly won't be disappointed with this recipe.
