Oh the many ways you can make pizza! We love to mix it up in our home as we enjoy variety.
Large Pizza
1 Boboli Crust
1/2 bottle Pizza Sauce
1 C. Cheddar Cheese
1 C. Mozzerella
Desired Toppings
Spread pizza sauce over boboli crust. Layer 1/2 of each cheese, putting aside the other half for layering throughout. Layer evenly with desired toppings. Bake as directed on Boboli crust package. Serve.
Mini Pizza
1 pkg. of 3 Mama Mia Mini Crusts
1/2 bottle Pizza Sauce
1 C. Cheddar Cheese
1 C. Mozzerella
Desired Toppings per Individual
Prepare and cook just as you would with the large pizza. Get your kids in there and have them make there own. Having your children help with dinner will cut out the whining about eating dinner dramatically, and of course it is fun to make faces and show off what they can create.
Mini Calzone

Refrigerated pie crusts
1 egg, beaten
Parmesan, grated
Pizza Sauce
Cheeses
Desired Toppings per Individual
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees.
Allow pastry shell to reach room temperature to be able to manipulate the dough better. Stuff with ingredients and seal well at the edges. Lay each on a greased pan. Baste each mini calzone with beaten egg then sprinkle parmesan over top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Fun Idea: Mix cooked meatballs, sauce and some mozzerella cheese for a hot meatball sub.
What are some of your favorite ways to make pizza?
